Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk: By attending the Paris Glow Grid Retreat, participants understand and acknowledge that they are responsible for their own travel arrangements, health, safety, and any personal belongings. The retreat hosts and organizers assume no responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during travel, participation in activities, or at the retreat location.

2. Travel & Medical Insurance Requirement: All attendees are required to purchase travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, and any unforeseen circumstances. The retreat organizers are not responsible for any lost baggage, trip interruptions, or medical emergencies. In case of emergency we will ask you provide an emergency contact phone #.

3. No Refund Policy & Cancellation Terms: All sales for the Paris Glow Grid Retreat are final. Due to the nature of this exclusive experience, there are no refunds or transfers after purchase. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of unforeseen emergencies.

4. Photography & Content Release: By attending this retreat, participants grant the retreat organizers permission to capture, use, and distribute any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, you must notify the organizers in writing before the retreat begins.

5. Personal Responsibility & Code of Conduct: Attendees are responsible for their own conduct throughout the retreat. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe may result in removal from the retreat without refund. Participants are expected to be respectful, on time for scheduled activities, and follow all local laws and guidelines.

6. Force Majeure Clause: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), the Paris Glow Grid Retreat reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the retreat. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, but we will work to provide alternative arrangements where possible.
